I was lucky on a flight from Chennai to Andaman in December 2014, when I could see a rare phenomenon of a complete ring of rainbow.
The rare phenomenon can be seen, when you are travelling in flight over a cloud over and Sun is at a particular angle to you.
Best part was the rainbow ring was travelling along with me for a quite some time, till i got bored of watching it. But watching it for the first time was an amazing experience.
This was one the starting fun to my Andaman trip, which in 4 days gave me various new experiences, insights and a lifetime memories.
